Our role is to quantify costs, quality and time in terms of construction dollars from the concept of the project, through the design, on into construction and beyond, to claims. The initial conceptual estimate must anticipate what will be added during design. we approach each project from the perspective of the client. Our job is to let the client know what the real costs of the project will be, then help control the budget during the design process.
